Peakhurst Lodge - Registered Nurse

We are seeking a registered nurse with a passion of aged care to join our team.

You will be providing safe care with an emphasis on compassionate care and a holistic approach through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person centred care and administer medication, maintain high quality care and documentation, complete care plans and assessments and take an active role in getting to know patients and their families.

Successful candidates will have:

• A current AHPRA registration

• Experience and skills in caring for the elderly

• Able to maintain a safe and high standard of practice

• Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously
